VISUAL APPEARANCE
VISUAL APPEARANCE |
|
---|---|
1 |
No screws will be left exposed; they will always be concealed with screw caps or wood filler. |
2 |
We employ custom scribing technology for fillers, shelves, counter-tops, and more, ensuring precision without the need for straps or cleats |
3 |
Cap shelves are installed above gables for floor-mounted systems. |
4 |
All edge bands we use are made from UPVC (virgin vinyl – does not age or change color) with beveled edges. |
5 |
The adhesive used in our edge bands is of high quality, ensuring durability and resistance to cracking and detachment. |
6 |
Baseboard notches on gables are custom scribed for a precise fit and appearance. |
7 |
The melamine particleboard we use is slightly off-white. |
8 |
The cams we use are in-set (flush with panels) and include cover caps. |
9 |
There are no visible brackets or screws on the bottom shelves. |
10 |
We are always equipped with laser measuring tools and guarantee that shelves will be cut with an accuracy within 1/8 of an inch. |
11 |
We are always equipped with laser leveling tools and guarantee high-level accuracy. Additionally, we perform a site survey before each installation, ensuring that vertical panels will not be shimmed more than 1/4” from the floor. |
12 |
Kick plates are fastened using steel brackets and can be adjusted and scribed if the floor is uneven. |
13 |
For wall-mounted systems, all hanging brackets have covers. |
14 |
For wall-mounted systems, bridging shelves come as a standard. |
15 |
For the wall-mounted system, hanging brackets and rails are positioned 8 inches below the top, ensuring they are hidden in most cases. |
DURABILITY AND FUNCTIONALITY
DURABILITY AND FUNCTIONALITY |
|
---|---|
1 |
All handles are screwed in using a hand screwdriver, ensuring the appropriate amount of force is applied. |
2 |
In floor mounted system, our towers are secured at three points (top, middle, and bottom), ensuring stability against considerable force. |
3 |
In wall hanging system, our towers are secured at four points (top, rail, middle, and bottom), ensuring stability against considerable force. |
4 |
Our wall-hanging closets are 100% safe and reliable. They are build and installed according to strict, professional standards, allowing them to support significantly more weight than required. The installer typically hangs on the closet to demonstrate its durability. |
5 |
In most cases, we use L brackets with two holes (allowing two screws) on each side to double the fastening effect. |
6 |
All shelves that are not intended for readjustment are integral components of the structure. |
7 |
All door hinges we use are manufactured by Blum in Austria. |
8 |
For doors taller than 35 inches, we install three hinges. We always ensure proper hinge spacing to withstand forces effectively. |
9 |
After aligning each door, we manually settle it down and realign it again to ensure its position remains unchanged over the years. |
10 |
The flanges of the hanging rods are secured with fastening screws, preventing rotation and reinforcing the entire closet structure for added solidity. |
11 |
We incorporate pocket hole technology into our builds and installations, providing multiple advantages to the structures. |
12 |
We apply the highest quality caulking using advanced technology to minimize the risk of caulking failure over the years. |

DRAWERS
DRAWERS |
|
---|---|
1 |
The drawer box and face are built from 3/4” melamine particleboard, except for the Level 1 (regular tech). |
2 |
The drawer face is distinct from the drawer box. No cam-lock fasteners. |
3 |
We use top-quality runners from Impekk, Berenson, and King Slides. |
4 |
The runners we use can carry up to 88 kg (190 lb) of weight. |
5 |
The side-mounted runners are positioned 1.5 inches from the top of the drawer box, which optimizes drawer stability and smooth operation. |
6 |
Each corner of drawer box sides is secured with one screw. |
7 |
We double the thickness of drawer bottoms for areas exceeding 3 square feet. |
8 |
The separation between the drawer boxes is less than 2 inches, maximizing storage space. |
9 |
Our drawers and doors are equipped with in-set bumpers that are resistant to peeling over time. |
10 |
For drawers behind doors, additional bumpers will be installed to prevent drawers from scratching the doors. |
